 Its a new week of a new month of September.. I look forward to doing this September writing this blog everyday and sharing it for others to read.  I wrote a book in 2023 after going through a health challenge for a whole year...nothing just would be fine in my body. My body will respond adversely to every kind of normal food that I would eat.  I took it easy and then try to listen to my body.
