The WELLNESS CODE - 1

 Its a new week of a new month of September.. I look forward to doing this September writing this blog everyday and sharing it for others to read.  I wrote a book in 2023 after going through a health challenge for a whole year...nothing just would be fine in my body. My body will respond adversely to every kind of normal food that I would eat.  I took it easy and then try to listen to my body. I stopped work and work only online on necessary projects. it means I wont be getting paid as i ought only on each task am able to do....it is fine.  it was then I found out many things about what we eat and how to listen to our bodies...you will get to hear this as we go on in this series.
